Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology across HRMS, recruiting, performance, and compensation.

You will partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that support business goals. This senior role requires deep HRIS expertise, 8+ years of experience, and strong leadership to guide architecture, data governance, and change management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex HRIS solutions.
• Large-scale HCM and HR technology platform experience (i.e. Oracle Fusion, ADP, Taleo).
• Functional knowledge of HR practices and processes.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex HR system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; Oracle Fusion HCM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions that support HR and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional HRIS initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide guidance on system architecture, data governance, security, and integrations.
• Manage vendor engagements and ensure reliable, compliant HR technology delivery.
• Administer HR platforms including HRMS, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
