Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience to guide strategy and operations across California, Dallas, and Atlanta.

You will lead facilities projects, space utilization, and vendor governance while partnering with senior leaders to deliver scalable, cost‑effective workplace solutions. With 8+ years in facilities-related roles and a strong leadership background, you will oversee budgets, drive improvements, and enhance the overall team member experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate real estate, or related operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications preferred (e.g., MCR, FMP, PMP, CFM).

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace strategy for multiple office locations, aligning planning with business priorities and growth.
• Oversee facilities operations, capital initiatives, and budget management to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality workplace services.
