Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex HR technology solutions across HR functions.

You will drive architecture, data governance, security, and integrations while partnering with vendors and business stakeholders. In this senior role, you will influence HR strategy, oversee large HRIS programs, and provide expert guidance on system configurations, releases, and lifecycle management to deliver reliable, compliant

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex HRIS solutions.
• Large-scale HR technology platforms experience (Oracle Fusion, ADP, Taleo).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications related to Core HCM, Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management preferred.
• Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, administration, and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, org management, and data administration.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR leadership on strategic use of HR technology and design solution investments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and risks to improve integration, automation, data quality, and user experience.
• Develop standards and controls for HR data, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead complex cross-functional HR technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Serve as primary HRIS expert for vendor engagements and escalations.
• Administer HR platforms including HRMS, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
• Monitor platform performance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Design scalable solutions addressing root causes and enabling sustainable business results.
