Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to partner with business leaders in shaping practical people strategies, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and supporting organizational growth.

This role balances strategic consultation with hands-on execution and serves as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, compensation guidance, and complex employee relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
10-12 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP/People Partner experience.
Experience supporting leaders in workforce planning, org effectiveness, and talent management.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, performance management, and OD practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, and relationship management skills.
Analytical and able to leverage data for decision-making.
Proven ability to influence leaders and navigate ambiguity in complex situations.

Responsibilities

Strategic partnership: align workforce strategies with business priorities and goals.
Leadership coaching and employee relations: guide managers on performance and policy matters.
Talent management and organizational effectiveness: lead reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
Change management: support organizational changes and drive HR initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Compensation, org design, and decision support: advise on structure, equity, and workforce changes.
HR data and analytics: analyze trends and present insights to inform decisions.
