Job summary

Centene Corporation in the United States seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead enterprise workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives, translating data into actionable staffing and financial recommendations.

You will partner with Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT and operations, manage staffing models using historical volume, forecasts and productivity data, and support deployment of analytic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in general business, analytics or IT.
• Experience in technology product ownership, development, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, or related tools preferred.
• Experience in organizational performance management, continuous improvement and customer feedback mechanisms, or change management preferred.
• Experience in communication and change management, learning and development, or human resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of analytics projects, including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with business leaders to understand market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between plans and business units.
• Provide ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends, and capacity indicators.
