Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead enterprise analytics projects, workforce capacity planning, and staffing forecast initiatives across markets and lines of business.

You will translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations, partnering with leaders across Analytics, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics, IT, or general business; healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with technology product ownership, deployment, and user adoption preferred.
• Experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, or similar.
• Experience in performance management, continuous improvement, change management, or HR analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders and translate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with leaders to understand market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between plans and business units.
• Research business problems and identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytics tools.
• Support analytics performance management by monitoring SLAs, satisfaction, and trends.
