Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts across markets. You will translate data into staffing and financial recommendations, partnering with leaders to ensure regulatory and organizational goals are met.

You will collaborate with Analytics, IT, Finance and Strategy to deploy analytics tools and monitor performance metrics, driving enterprise-wide initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in analytics or IT.
• Experience in workforce capacity planning or analytics, preferably in healthcare or consulting.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS is preferred.
• Strong communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise analytics projects and workforce capacity initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
• Engage with business leaders to assess staffing and capacity needs.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across plans and business units.
• Research business problems and identify enterprise solutions.
• Provide product ownership support for analytics tools deployment.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, staffing trends and capacity indicators.
