Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives. You will develop staffing models using historical data and forecasts, partnering with leaders to convert insights into actionable staffing and financial recommendations.

You will work across Analytics, Finance, IT, and strategy, driving enterprise analytics projects and adopting analytic tools to improve performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• ~4+ years of experience in business, analytics or IT.
• Experience in workforce capacity planning, analytics projects, and change management preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Translate complex data into clear staffing and financial recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical business partners.
• Engage with leaders to understand market needs and align analytics with objectives.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between health plans and business units.
• Provide ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
• Monitor SLAs, customer satisfaction, and staffing trends.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field

4+ years in business, analytics or IT

Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related analytics tools
