Job summary

Centene Corp. seeks a Manager, Business Insights to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecasts across markets.

You will build models using historical volume, membership forecasts, productivity data, and other operational metrics to determine staffing needs and financial implications. You will collaborate with Analytics, Finance, IT, and operations to translate complex data into clear staffing recommendations and influence workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, CS/IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics, IT, or business in healthcare/related industry preferred.
• Experience with technology product ownership, deployment, and user adoption preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects including workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives.
• Translate business goals into actionable analytic solutions and staffing recommendations.
• Partner with leaders across Analytics, Finance, IT, and operations to influence decisions.
• Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders and drive implementation across markets.
