Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Manager, Business Insights in the United States to lead workforce capacity planning and staffing forecast initiatives. You will translate complex data into staffing and financial recommendations and partner with leaders across Analytics, Finance, Strategy, IT, and operations to ensure appropriate staffing and regulatory compliance.

You will influence enterprise decisions, own analytic deployments, monitor SLAs and staffing trends, and work on enterprise-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, IT, healthcare administration, statistics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in analytics or IT; healthcare or consulting experience preferred.
Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS or related tools.
Experience in organizational performance management, change management, and customer feedback mechanisms preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects and staffing forecast initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners.
Engage with business leaders to assess market-specific staffing needs and align analytics with objectives.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration between plans and business units.
Provide ownership support for deployment and adoption of analytic tools.
