Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead in Workforce Intelligence focused on Insight Strategy & Design. This strategic IC role drives end-to-end analytics across HR domains, delivering actionable insights to senior leaders using Tableau and AI-enabled tools.

You will shape how insights are built and delivered, collaborating with HR Product, Data Engineering, and partner data teams to align strategies, remove blockers, and maintain a rigorous analytics roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, I/O Psychology).
• 5+ years in people/workforce analytics delivering insights to senior leaders, presenting complex data and fielding difficult questions.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) and agentic frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and HR data modeling.
• Experience leading the full analytical product lifecycle, delivering integrated data solutions and actionable visualizations.
• Experience in predictive modeling and experimentation.
• Ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical complexity into clear business value.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, crafting data-driven narratives that persuade senior leaders.
• Autonomy: capable of day-to-day project ownership with strategic guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Implementation & Productionalization: Design and implement agentic analytical experiences, including Agentforce agents and Slack, with engineering to production, managing data models and iteration cycles.
• Analysis & Interpretation: Form hypotheses, identify root causes, and quantify business impact by linking HR domains to leadership actions.
• Analytics Product Development: Evolve insights in Tableau and Agentforce, ensure data validation and metric iterations with AI augmentation where useful.
• Insight Strategy & Design: Apply user-centered design to data; develop narratives and interfaces translating signals into actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR Product, Data Engineering, and partner data teams to keep the insights roadmap on track.
