Salesforce is seeking a Lead in Workforce Intelligence focused on Insight Strategy & Design. This is a strategic individual contributor (IC) role responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of workforce analytics across HR domains such as talent, organizational health, and employee experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, Tableau expertise, and experience with AI and agentic tools to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leaders and help shape how those insights are built and delivered as our capabilities evolve.
In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Typical base salary range for this position is $148,500 – $223,900 annually (base only; does not include bonus, incentive, equity, or benefits).
