Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Sr. Manager, Workforce Capability Strategy to act as a strategic advisor within Learning and Organizational Development, shaping future-ready workforce capabilities and learning investments.

You will oversee cross-functional projects, translate workforce trends into actionable programs, and drive scalable solutions that boost associate capability and organizational performance. Responsibilities span enterprise skills strategy, AI readiness, tuition and credentialing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, Strategy, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and advance enterprise strategies that strengthen workforce capability and readiness for future business priorities.
Research and benchmark leading practices across Fortune 500 companies and learning organizations to inform executive-ready recommendations.
Lead high-priority workforce development initiatives from concept through implementation, including AI readiness and credentialing programs.
Provide strategic support to L&OD leadership by preparing executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
