You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, support strategic initiatives, and ensure programs are aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designing effective solutions, forecasting training demand, and managing budgets to deliver a seamless learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, learning & development, human resource development or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in retail or a Home Depot context.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with business, HR, and learning partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining learner needs by role/content area and design learning solutions.
• Build collaborative relationships with business, HR, and Learning partners to drive goals and communicate program status.
• Monitor, measure, and report on learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Forecast training demand, manage learning programs, and maintain budgets and processes within the LMS.
