Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Manager of Learning Strategy to lead learner‑centric strategies that increase associate competence and confidence. You will partner with Learning Design, Technology, and Delivery teams to plan effective content and validate learning needs across targeted audiences.

You will define content area plans, oversee execution of learning plans, and collaborate with business partners to address challenges and drive stakeholder buy‑in.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Training and Development, Leadership & Organizational development, HR preferred.
• 7+ years in related field and/or THD field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine learner needs by reviewing job requirements and engaging with learners and leaders.
• Develop strategy for content areas and coordinate with partners to ensure representation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Design & Development, Technology, and Delivery teams to select the best learning solutions.
