Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President for the Workday Solution Center to lead enterprise Workday strategy and the institution-wide Solution Center. You will partner across HR, Finance, ITS and departments to shape priorities, governance, and value realization.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, oversee releases, configuration, and user adoption, and drive continuous improvement of Workday to maximize institutional outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise systems, ERP, or Workday environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and evolution of MCW’s enterprise Workday strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Oversee the Workday Solution Center operations, governance, and service delivery.
• Drive value realization, platform optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, ITS, and departments.
