Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a Senior Workday Product Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of secure Workday Finance solutions.

You will shape architecture, drive integrations, and ensure regulatory compliance across HR, Payroll, and Finance modules. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, oversee complex configurations, and mentor teams through implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in system architecture, integration design, Workday security models, and compliance controls.
• nowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance principles, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and managing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• 3+ years in a Workday architectural, lead configuration, or technical design role.
• 8+ years of progressive experience with Workday platforms (HCM/Payroll/Finance) across modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions for Finance, HR, and related functions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop integration strategies between Workday and other systems; ensure alignment and scalable architecture.
• Maintain documentation of architecture, integration designs, and process flows.
• Mentor consulting and technical teams on Workday implementations and upgrades.
