Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an Associate Vice President for the Workday Solution Center to lead enterprise Workday strategy, governance, and ongoing value realization across HR, Finance, ITS and affiliated departments.

The AVP will build and guide a high-performing, cross-functional team, establish operating standards, and drive adoption, automation, and continuous improvement of Workday across MCW, ensuring reliable service delivery and strategic partnership with institutional leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in ERP or enterprise systems.
• Proven success implementing Workday in large institutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Workday strategy and multiyear roadmap.
• Govern Workday Solution Center and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, and vendor management.
