Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Workday Product Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions across HR, Payroll, and Finance. You will shape architecture, drive integration strategy, and ensure scalable, compliant systems.

Collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, guide configuration, and mentor teams. The role requires 8+ years Workday experience and relevant certifications, with a focus on security, controls, and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years with Workday platforms, including hands-on work in at least two modules.
• Experience in architecture, lead configuration, or technical design roles.
• Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Workday solutions across HR, Payroll, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IS, and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Develop integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Define and manage security frameworks for HR/Payroll/Finance modules.
• Provide guidance on data governance, internal controls, and audit compliance.
• Mentor consulting and technical teams; stay current with Workday updates.
