Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IS leadership experience.
• 10+ years of expertise in Workday support.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application strategies and digital transformation initiatives for non-clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Workday domains effectively support organizational goals and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
• Lead the vision and strategy for the Workday platform across the enterprise.
• Partner with business leaders, IS teams, and external vendors to align technology with business needs and growth.
• Oversee the Workday lifecycle to ensure scalable, secure, and interoperable deployment.
• Ensure application strategies support enterprise-wide goals and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, upgrades, integrations, and user adoption.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance to ensure value delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of application managers, developers, analysts, and solution architects.
