Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Workday Product Architect to lead design, development, and deployment of comprehensive Workday Finance solutions.

You will shape architecture, ensure scalability, and drive compliance across Finance processes, HR, and IS stakeholders in a 100% remote role within MCW payroll states. Ideal candidates bring deep Workday Finance experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in integrations and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; years of progressive Workday experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with Workday platforms andFinance/HCM modules.
• Experience in architectural leadership and technical design roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable, secure Finance Workday architecture aligned with goals and compliance.
• Gather requirements with Finance, HR, IS and stakeholders, guiding solution delivery.
• Develop integration strategies between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize business processes using Workday Finance capabilities and automation.
• Provide data governance, internal controls, and audit compliance guidance.
• Oversee configuration changes and ensure best practices with minimal disruption.
• Mentor consulting and technical teams for Workday HR/Payroll/Finance implementations.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends for continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment across Workday modules and touchpoints with other systems.
