Job summary

The Associate Vice President for the Workday Solution Center at The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. leads the enterprise Workday strategy and the institution-wide Workday Solution Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise systems, ERP or shared services.
• Proven success implementing or managing Workday in large institutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of MCW's Workday strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee Workday governance, planning, and the Workday Development Council.
• Ensure value realization through optimization, adoption, and automation.
• Manage Solution Center operations, staffing, service delivery, and performance metrics.
• Oversee release planning, configuration, testing, and production support.
