Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Lead HRIS leader to own Workday strategy, governance, and roadmap execution within HR. You will optimize core HR, payroll, benefits, time, and absence, with future expansion to talent and compensation across the organization.

You will lead a team of HRIS professionals, coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance, and drive change management and user adoption while ensuring controls and audits are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HRIS experience with significant Workday expertise.
• 5+ years leading Workday modules and implementations.
