Job summary
Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH seeks a seasoned Director of People Technology Architecture to own Workday platform architecture and global roadmap. This role leads design for modules, integrations, and tool consolidation, shaping a scalable, compliant, multi-country Workday implementation.
The position reports to the Global People Technology Leader and requires hands-on delivery while mentoring a growing architecture practice.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Workday configuration or architecture.
- End-to-end Workday platform expertise across HCM core, Payroll, and Integrations.
- Experience leading HR technology consolidation and tool rationalization.
- Global/multi-country Workday implementations preferred; strong cross-border data understanding.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Workday platform architecture across all modules.
- Lead architectural design for new module rollouts and platform expansions.
- Define consolidation roadmap and tool rationalization plan.
- Partner with IT, Finance and HR to build business cases for consolidation.
- Translate complex architecture into clear narratives for executives.
