Job summary

AbbVie Inc. (Allergan Aesthetics) seeks a Field Training Manager to lead onboarding and advanced product messaging for BDMs, SAMs and PDMs across the Aesthetics portfolio.

You will coordinate the training continuum, deliver field coaching, and collaborate with sales leadership to elevate performance. You will coach on communication of scientific information, manage learning gaps, and facilitate national training initiatives, with travel up to 75% to support field teams and onboarding across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales training experience preferred, but not required.
• 2+ of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new hires: coordinate training and development for BDMs, SAMs, and PDMs and monitor progress.
• Sales training: attend and deliver training courses and support coaching during field co-travels.
• Field co-travels: complete required co-travels per quarter and provide post-trip follow-up with the manager.
• Collaborate with Area/Regional Sales Leaders and Practice Managers to identify learning gaps and address them with targeted training.
