Job summary

AbbVie, Allergan Aesthetics, seeks a Field Training Manager to train Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers across the Aesthetics portfolio. You will deliver advanced product messaging, support skill progression, and contribute to the national training plan with field tours and hands-on coaching.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years field sales in healthcare, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years field sales experience in device/healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years sales training experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare/pharma industry.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new hires within the assigned Area (BDMs/SAMs/PDMs).
• Coordinate training for newly hired Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Facilitate pre- and post-training onboarding sales calls and quarterly field activities.
