Scion Staffing, Inc. is recruiting a Total Rewards Director for a growing multi-location organization with US and Canada operations.

This onsite role is based in Houston, TX and offers the opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive total rewards function from the ground up. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will design compensation, benefits, and retirement programs, create salary structures and incentive plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executives on growth and

Qualifications

• Experience designing compensation structures, salary frameworks, and pay philosophies.
• Knowledge of US/Canada compensation, benefits, and retirement regulations.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in HRIS (preferably UKG) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with mergers/adquisitions and scaling total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead compensation strategy across U.S. and Canada operations.
• Develop incentive and rewards programs with benchmarking and modeling.
• Oversee benefits and retirement programs, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting for payroll and benefits.
• Partner with executives on growth, integration, and strategic workforce planning.
