The Scion Group in Chicago is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead payroll, benefits and HRIS operations within a high-volume, multi-state environment. You’ll drive process improvements, analytics and team development to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The role is based at our Chicago headquarters with standard business hours and occasional peak periods. A Bachelor's in HR and 5+ years in payroll/HR operations are required; UKG experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of payroll, benefits, HRIS or HR operations experience.
• UKG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Payroll Operations: Oversee payroll processing for a multi-state, multi-company workforce; ensure timely and accurate payroll administration; partner with Finance on audits, reconciliations and reporting; drive payroll improvements.
