Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & People Experience to build and lead comprehensive compensation, benefits, leave, and recognition programs for a growing multi-site workforce. You will set competitive pay structures, drive governance, and partner with Finance, Operations, and vendors to modernize rewards with analytics and AI.

The role reports to the CHRO and participates in HR leadership, with hybrid duties based in the United States (preference for Dallas, TX) and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with emphasis in human resources, business, or finance.
8+ years progressive experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or total rewards.
3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing HR/total rewards staff.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead total rewards strategy including compensation philosophy, job architecture, pay structures, market pricing and governance.
Lead annual compensation programs, merit increases, incentive planning, and benchmarking.
Design and administer variable/incentive pay across frontline, corporate, and sales populations.
Oversee health, welfare, and retirement benefits; annual renewal, model testing, enrollment, and compliance.
Provide analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled insights to support data-driven decisions.
