Job summary

Doubtless North America seeks a Director, Compensation to lead the Total Rewards function and partner with senior HR and business leaders. You will run day-to-day compensation operations, manage incentives, and deliver market pricing strategies.

Remote or Hybrid Chicago location. You will mentor a small team, design compensation programs for sales, customer service, and other units, and influence decisions with data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Compensation Design, Job Leveling, or Sales Incentive Compensation Design (CCP is a plus).
• Experience implementing Total Rewards policies and documentation.
• Workday experience in advanced compensation is required.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions.
• Can manage both strategic and hands-on day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation operations and incentive plan administration.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support day-to-day offers and executive offers in a consulting environment.
• Benchmark and design sales and bonus structures for multiple client groups.
• Present ideas effectively to senior decision makers within tight timelines.
• Manage a small team and support compensation growth.
• Support executive compensation and survey submissions.
