Job summary

Doubtless North America is seeking a Director, Compensation to lead the design, pricing, and administration of compensation programs. This role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver market-competitive plans while managing a small team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in compensation design and sales incentive programs, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to drive Total Rewards initiatives across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Compensation Design, Job Leveling, or Sales Incentive Compensation Design.
• Experience implementing and documenting Total Rewards policies and documentation.
• Workday experience in advanced compensation is required.
• Excellent communications skills and strategic mindset.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation design, market pricing, and executive offers across client groups.
• Manage day-to-day offers and compensation operations; support growth of the team.
• Benchmark and structure sales and bonus plans for customer service and other roles.
• Advise HR leadership and partner with cross-functional teams to align total rewards.
• Present ideas effectively to senior decision-makers under tight timelines.
