Azuria Water Solutions in Houston seeks a seasoned Director of Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, retirement, and recognition programs. You will drive strategy, design, governance, and execution while aligning programs with business needs and a diverse workforce.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Operations. Expertise in multi-state compliance and program harmonization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and financial priorities.
• Lead design, governance, and administration of base pay, incentives, executive compensation, recognition, and other reward programs.
• Oversee multi-state compensation and benefits governance, vendor relationships, and compliance.
• Manage annual merit, promotions, and incentive processes including budgeting, communications, and payment validation.
• Support M&A due diligence, integration, and harmonization of total rewards programs.
