Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct provider performance operations experience or comparable clinical productivity frameworks.
• 15+ years in business operations, management consulting, healthcare operations, or health tech.
• 8+ years of direct people management experience with scaling teams.
• Deep understanding of provider metrics and clinical network operations.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable dashboards and tools.
• Experience aligning executives and cross-functional leaders around outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and standardize processes.
• Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic provider performance strategy across Lyra's clinical service lines.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team and set strategic priorities.
• Partner with Data Analytics to build centralized systems to measure, track, and predict provider availability and performance.
