Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer to maintain and enhance Salesforce instances and processes, enabling the organization to scale and users to thrive. You will work in the Enterprise Systems team to improve performance, security, and business processes across Lyra.

Remote candidates must be located within the United States. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams, architect robust integrations with Five9/Genesys, ERP systems, and Jira, and guide best

Qualifications

5+ years experience with the Salesforce application in a technical and/or functional role that has owned defining and delivering custom enterprise solutions
4+ years of development experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Components, Force.com APIs and Web Services) or other relevant programming experience
5+ years of experience in general technical development and support
Experience in working with Service Cloud, Design, develop, and implement complex custom solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows)
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Experience working with GTM teams and Sales team is essential
Prior experience with CPQ and involvement in at least one end-to-end CPQ implementation is preferred
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to share insights and expectations with stakeholders and colleagues, both locally and remotely
Proven ability to integrate multiple SAAS systems with Salesforce using both integration applications as well as custom built integrations (using Salesforce, REST, SOAP APIs)
Ability to create data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity between Salesforce and integrated systems, while adhering to data security and compliance standards
Deep familiarity with Salesforce security model
Master of problem identification, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
Intimate knowledge of platform governor limits to enable apps that scale to large data and large numbers of users
Experience with Agile tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and build scalable Salesforce solutions
Experience working with Sales teams and Sales support organizations
Configure and optimize core Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel, Lightning Service Console, Case Management, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge
Architect and build robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise systems (e.g., Five9/Genesys, ERPs, Jira)
Act as thought leader and SME for sales processes
Drive defining, estimating, and shaping technical approaches using best practices
Customize Salesforce using Lightning Pages, Flow Builder, APEX triggers and classes, and Lightning Components
Develop and execute integration strategies to connect Salesforce with various systems and data sources
Design and implement custom solutions using APIs, middleware, and connectors
Conduct investigations and recommendations regarding technology improvements and upgrades
Monitor and troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and enhance user experience
Maintain and configure development and test sandboxes
Document implementations and integration configurations, and provide training and support
