Job summary

Lyra Health seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Provider Core Ops Systems Implementation team and scale the Systems Architecture function. You will own cross-system integrations across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms, partnering with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in Operations Management or related technical-ops roles.
Proven track record as a direct people manager with operational roadmaps and mentoring.
Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk).
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.
Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead an operational team within Provider Core Ops.
Direct the operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines across multiple platforms.
Partner with Product, Salesforce Development, Clinical, and Operations to surface risks and unblock execution.
Develop and manage team roadmaps; drive cross-functional initiatives from scope to delivery.
Monitor operational health metrics and surface automation opportunities for long-term infrastructure investments.
