Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years in supplier development, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier development strategy for regions and commodities.
• Lead a team of Supplier Development Engineers and set performance expectations.
• Oversee supplier capability assessments and risk mitigation.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives for supplier manufacturing excellence.
• Ensure readiness for new product introductions, transfers, and localization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Establish governance, metrics, and best practices across supplier network.
• Monitor KPIs for supplier development and operational improvements.
