Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality or related technical discipline.
• Minimum eight (8) years experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supplier development strategy for assigned regions, commodities, or business segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with performance expectations and development plans.
• Oversee supplier capability, manufacturing, operational, and capacity risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, process capability improvement, and structured problem-solving across the supplier network.
• Manage capacity readiness, localization, and new product introduction readiness with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering) to ensure supplier readiness.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and best practices for supplier development globally.
• Support APQP/PPAP processes ensuring supplier readiness during product development and launch.
