Job summary
Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Innovation – Style & Trend to define the long-term vision for style-led digital shopping across Fashion, Beauty, Home, and related categories. You will lead a cross-functional team to transform Walmart.com into a destination that inspires discovery and elevates the customer experience.
As a transformation executive, you will identify emerging behaviors, validate bold ideas, and build scalable digital capabilities that drive growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7 years' experience in project/program management or related area.
- Alternatively, 9 years' experience in project management or related area, plus 4 years’ supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term North Star vision for style-led shopping over 3–5 years.
- Launch end-to-end digital shopping experiences beyond competitive parity.
- Evaluate emerging customer behaviors and technologies to identify opportunities.
- Elevate the Style & Trend brand through compelling customer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to scale new digital capabilities.
