Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a consumer-focused e-commerce environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute site strategy to drive customer journey and operational performance.
• Structure complex strategic problems, conduct analyses, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor site health, develop dashboards, provide key metrics, and lead root-cause analyses for site issues.
• Operate with excellence, develop workflows, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence and coaching the team.
• Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, improving processes and scaling best practices.
