Position Summary...The Senior Director, Digital Innovation – Style & Trend is responsible for defining Walmart's long-term vision for style-led digital shopping, transforming Walmart.com into a destination where customers discover, explore, and shop style-led areas like Fashion, Beauty, Home, and emerging trend-driven categories in entirely new ways. Operating as a business builder and transformation executive, this leader will identify emerging customer behaviors, reimagine end-to-end shopping experiences, and turn bold ideas into scalable digital capabilities that strengthen Walmart's position as the destination for style-led shopping. Success in this role requires thinking beyond today's digital experiences and capabilities to invent what's next—creating differentiated shopping journeys that inspire customers, accelerate discovery, strengthen brand & quality perception, and drive measurable business growth. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Operations to build customer experiences from concept through scale while influencing enterprise strategy and shaping the future of digital commerce for our current and future customers.
