Unilever is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Beauty Strategy in Rogers, AR to define and drive the digital and omnichannel growth agenda for the Beauty line at Walmart. You will synthesize consumer and shopper signals into strategic choices and executable plans, leading cross-functional teams across Unilever, Walmart, and agencies.

The role requires 7+ years in CPG/Beauty/digital commerce, strong understanding of digital retail media, and proven capability to translate insights into action.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in CPG/Beauty/digital commerce/omnichannel/brand strategy or related field.
• Proven success shaping growth strategies and translating strategy into execution.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and retail media driving growth.
• Experience using syndicated and digital-data platforms to identify opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment connecting consumer needs to opportunities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize inputs.
• Excellent storytelling, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Successful leadership of cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
