Qualifications

• CPG marketing expertise; Beauty experience - a plus
• 6+ years leading data strategies for consumer behavior & eCommerce
• BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus
• Knowledge of current digital technologies, trends and tools
• Expertise in eRetail for CPG/FMCG
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed org, both in-person and remote
• Proven analytics-driven decision making for consumer insights and digital campaigns
• Attention to detail, high performance and problem solving
• Passion for digital and continuous learning
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong multi-tasking
• Strong analytical mind with process orientation
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Strategy and Portfolio Growth for assigned brands
• Lead Walmart-specific 360 activation plans across shelf, display, search and digital experiences
• Set digital shelf/content strategy and govern catalog and content standards
• Align retail media, search priorities and shopper activation with brand goals
• Influence across Sales, Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Media and Finance
