Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 5 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or related field.
• 4 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex consulting projects with a focus on business strategy and customer insights.
• Ability to develop research methodologies and data analysis approaches for actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executive decision-making.
