Job summary

Tri County Technical College is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Student Engagement unit and act as the primary investigator for student conduct and Title IX. The role requires collaboration with a broad range of campus partners to foster a positive student experience across multiple campuses.

The position reports to the Dean of Students within the Division of Student Affairs and emphasizes autonomous work in a flexible environment with a focus on student success and inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in College Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field with two years of higher education experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to access, discrimination, and privacy (FERPA, Titles VI, VII, IX, Clery Act).

Responsibilities

• DEPARTMENTAL LEADERSHIP: Lead and manage key initiatives and operations for Student Development.
• STUDENT ENGAGEMENT: Develop campus-wide programming and oversee engagement personnel and budgets.
• ACCOUNTABILITY: Investigate complaints under the Student Code and serve as Title IX investigator.
• STUDENT ADVOCATION: Advise and advocate for student sub-populations and lead advisory councils.
• OTHER: Perform duties as assigned and serve as Dean of Students designee.
• Travel between multiple campuses and occasional evening/weekend events; represent the Dean on committees.
