Savannah Technical College is seeking a Director of Student Engagement to lead programs that foster student connection, belonging, leadership development, and success across all campuses. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related work experience
• A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and five years of management experience

• Develop and implement a comprehensive student engagement strategy aligned with the College's Strategic Plan
• Coordinate Welcome Week, New Student Orientation, and campus traditions
• Oversee student organizations, leadership development, and student activities across multiple locations
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate co-curricular learning and promote student success
