Job summary

Tarrant County College is seeking a Title IX Deputy Coordinator to support the District's Title IX program, assist with compliance activities, and manage investigations from receipt to resolution. This role acts as a neutral resource for students, staff, and faculty on sex and gender-based complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field plus relevant experience.
• Experience conducting trauma-informed investigations and reporting.
• Knowledge of Title IX, FERPA, Clery Act and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to Title IX complaints in a timely, accurate manner.
• Conducts thorough, trauma-informed investigations and writes reports.
• Serves as hearing officer when applicable and coordinates outreach to complainants.
• Ensures compliance with Title IX, prepares policies, and analyzes data.
• collaborates with Law Enforcement, General Counsel and campus partners.
