Job summary

Cape Cod Community College is seeking a Director of Student Wellness and Engagement to provide strategic leadership for student engagement, wellness promotion, belonging, recreation and campus culture initiatives across campus locations.

The role oversees student organizations, leadership development, and campus traditions, working with campus partners to create a health-promoting, inclusive environment and to connect students to services and success opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Admin, Student Affairs, or a closely related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs or related higher education administration.
• Three years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, assessment, and data-driven improvement.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel between College locations.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for student engagement, wellness promotion, belonging, leadership development, recreation and campus culture initiatives.
• Develop and assess a comprehensive college-wide strategy across locations and sites.
• Lead the development of a health-promoting campus culture through wellness education and outreach.
• Oversee student organizations, SGA, leadership development, campus traditions, and inclusive co-curricular programs.
• Manage budgets, partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts.

Education
