Job summary

Keysight Technologies, a leader in electronic design and test solutions, seeks a dynamic Partnerships leader for Design Engineering Software (DES) in Durham, NC. You will drive university and industry partnerships, define engagement criteria, and align initiatives with DES and business-unit goals.

Leverage a strong business and technical background to orchestrate strategy, build executive-level relationships, and expand market leadership through strategic collaborations.

• Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
• Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
• Promote and enhance the visibility and impact of Keysight partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Align partnership activities with DES priorities and business unit goals.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic recommendations on investments, priorities, and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize value of partnership programs.
• Represent Keysight in high-level engagements with strategic partners and executives.
