Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Leader to drive strategic, university, and industry collaborations that align with DES growth objectives.

You will build engagement frameworks, identify opportunities, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovations that expand Keysight's leadership in EDA, CAE, data management, and software quality. This role offers opportunities to influence strategy, collaborate with senior leadership, and represent Keysight in executive engagements
