Keysight Technologies is seeking a partnerships leader in the United States to drive strategic collaborations across the Design Engineering Software (DES) ecosystem and external partners. Define criteria, build engagement frameworks, and shape strategies that fuel innovation and growth.

You will work with senior leaders to pursue opportunities, manage programs, and expand the company’s presence with academia, industry partners, and technology providers, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• 4+ years in partnerships or business development.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic partnerships.
• Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
• Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
• Promote and enhance the visibility and impact of Keysight partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Align partnership activities with DES strategic priorities and goals of DES business units.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic recommendations and leadership on partnership investments, priorities, and business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnership programs.
• Represent Keysight in high-level engagements with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.
